Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic was established in 2001 as a result of the cooperative efforts of a number of veterinarians in the Barrie and surrounding areas to provide emergency after-hours services to their clients. Subsequently, the clinic has grown to include 23 “member” clinics – owned and operated by our shareholders. The Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic also provides service to clients of veterinarians in the area who are not “members”. We feel that it is important to work as partners with your regular veterinarians to provide your pet with the best possible care.
Board of Directors
Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic is independently staffed and employs a Hospital Administrator to manage the practice. 5 Partner Veterinarians sit on the Board as Directors, however the shareholders and executive do not generally work at the clinic.
